Experience

Treatment Approach

I believe that therapy is a team effort. I am here to listen, ask questions, share observations, and provide tools and strategies you can try at home to help you move forward in a positive and healthy way. I also think of therapy as a safe and supportive space for you to slow down a bit to think through challenges and “just be” with painful experiences in a way that you may not have the time, space, or support to do in your daily life.

I know that therapy can sometimes feel like work. It’s something you have to find time for in your already busy life. Sometimes it’s just not fun to talk about painful experiences or try to change unhelpful patterns you may feel stuck in. My hope is to bring lightness, humor, and a little bit of joy to this process.

Trying to write a new story may be difficult and painful at times, but I believe that the end result is worth it!
